We recommend measuring the length of your window on both the the left and right side, and using the largest measurement. For the width, we recommend measuring at the top, middle, and bottom of the window; and using the smallest measurement. The reason for this, is we want to ensure you blind will fit the width of your window frame and still be long enough.

Chain length is personal preference. Generally customers will choose a set chain length, minusing a set amount from the length of each window to make the chain length uniform within their home. There can also be certain situations like high up windows, where you may want to opt for a longer chain length so you can easily reach it.

All blinds are custom made to order based on the sizing provided, and therefore we are unable to return or offer any refunds for blinds that do not fit. Please refer to our FAQ on how to measure, to ensure you measure correctly.

Shipping goes by the weight, meaning the more blinds you purchase, the more shipping will cost. Please use our shipping calculator when checking out to estimate the shipping cost.
